You own the deal information, photos, and pages you create. You are solely responsible for their accuracy, for having the right to market the properties they describe, and for compliance with the real-estate, advertising, and licensing laws of your jurisdiction. AI-extracted or AI-computed figures are drafting assistance, not underwriting, valuation, or investment advice — verify every number before you publish.
Credits are one-time purchases, consumed one per AI generation. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Payment-provider refunds reverse the corresponding credits.
Referrers earn 30% of referred users' credit-pack purchases, accrued in USD and paid via PayPal at a $25 minimum. Self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, and abuse void accrued earnings. Rates may change prospectively. Earners are responsible for their own taxes; US earners over IRS thresholds will be asked for a W-9.
No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; no attempts to breach or overload the service. We may unpublish pages or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Provided as-is, without warranty. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
